You can make the money

Making real money used to mean a job. Your hours, your attention, your phone going off at 9pm on a Sunday. That was the trade and everybody made it, me included, for twelve years.

Ambition had nothing to do with it. That was the only offer on the table.

Then it changed. Building software used to take a team, a developer, and money you didn't have. Now it takes you, a laptop, and a few evenings. [Yes, really. I was as annoyed about it as you are.]

What that means for you

You build the damn thing yourself, then you sell it yourself. On whatever hours you actually have.

I'm Christi Loucks. I build businesses, offers, systems, and weird little internet ideas while raising two small kids.

I care about this for one reason. You already know how to do something people will pay for. Until about eighteen months ago, turning that into real software took a team you couldn't hire. Now it doesn't.

I don't teach out of a folder of recycled prompts I bought off somebody. I build the thing, break it, fix it, and hand you the part that worked. [If a person is selling you 500 prompts, they have never shipped a damn thing.]
